Sunday – Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport
Afternoon arrival, reception and transfer to Jerusalem (shared ride).
Monday – Jewish Heritage Tour of Jerusalem
Start the day with a magnificent overview of Jerusalem and the Judean desert from Mount Scopus. Drive to the Old City. Visit the Tomb of King David on Mount Zion; Walk along the Cardo, the ancient Roman road; View the remains of the wall of Jerusalem from the First Temple period. Visit the Jewish quarter, the Wailing Wall (Kotel), and witness the Bar-Mitzvah celebrations at the site. Visit Davidson Center and tour the southern Kotel excavations. Stop to visit the Ammunition Hill, a former Jordanian army stronghold taken in fierce battle during the Six Day War and converted into a national memorial site and museum. Drive to Mount Herzl, the military cemetery and Yad Vashem, the Memorial to the Holocaust. Return to hotel. Overnight in Jerusalem.
NOTE: Modest dress (no shorts or sleeveless shirts) and head covering are required for visiting holy sites. Entrance to the Holocaust museum is not permitted for children under the age of 10.
Tuesday – Free day in Jerusalem, or optional Masada and Dead Sea Tour
Depart Jerusalem via the Judean hills to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Visit a Dead Sea cosmetic products shop. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada and learn about the heroic story of the Jewish freedom fighters. Ascend by cable car and tour the mountain fortress built by King Herod, where the Zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. Visit the remains of the walls, palace, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors, roman baths and other findings. Continue to the Dead Sea. Enjoy the unique opportunity to float in the Dead Sea and cover yourself with the mineral rich mud that many believe has its therapeutic effects. Return to hotel.

Continue to Haifa for a scenic view of the City, the Port and the magnificent Bahai Gardens and Shrine. Proceed to Rosh Hanikra; descend by cable car into the underwater grottoes and marvel at the spectacular natural formations. Start the day with a visit to the Independence Hall in Tel-Aviv, where the establishment of the State of Israel was declared; Next, drive to Latrun to visit the Armored Corps Memorial museum also considered as one of the most diverse tank museums in the world. Continue to Beit Guvrin national park, declared by UNESCO as a world heritage site; explore the archaeological finds and unique caves. Proceed to Ayalon Institute in Rehovot, once a secret underground ammunition factory established by the “Haganah”, the Jewish underground movement before May 1948.

Continue to Old Jaffa, one of the oldest port cities in the world. Visit the ancient ruins and walk along the Artist’s Quarter. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit of US$ 250.00.
All prices reflect a 4% discount for full payment via check.
A full deposit of $ 250.00 per person is required upon registration.
Within 150 days prior to trip, we need to receive a total of 50% of the amount owed.
Within 120 days prior to trip, we need to receive a total of 60% of the amount owed.
Within 90 days prior to trip, we need to receive a total of 75% of the amount owed.
Final payment for trip is due 45 days prior to departure.
Changes made 45 days or less prior to departure will depend on availability on the airlines and the cruise line and might incur penalties and fees imposed by those suppliers.
100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Insurance, provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable.
Those who do not take the Travel Insurance should be aware of the following cancellation penalties:
From day of registration to 100 days prior to departure, you will be charged the US$ 150.00 non-refundable administrative fee.
If you cancel between 99 to 61 days prior to departure date, you will be charged a 25% of total trip cost.
If you cancel between 60 to 31 days prior to departure date, you will be charged a 50% of total of trip cost.
If you cancel 30 days or less prior to departure date: 100% of total of trip cost.
We recommend that you buy trip cancellation and interruption insurance. TravelSafe offers these services.
All international travels require a current passport and most countries require your passport to be valid for 6 months after your return date. Non USA or Canadian Citizens are responsible to fulfill necessary visa or entry requirements by contacting the destination country’s Consulate office.

Passengers wishing to cancel or change their air reservation after the refundable period will be subject to additional fees. Airlines servicing our tours are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Genesis Tours is not responsible for unforeseen flight delays or schedule changes imposed by the airlines. Flight schedules may be subject to change by the airlines, and it is the airlines’ responsibility to cover all ensuing expenses.
AIRLINE ROUTE AND TICKETS
Air transportation will be economy class aboard international carriers using non-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groups of 10 or more flying together for the entire itinerary. Flight times are subject to change by the airlines. We are not responsible for such changes / delays and will not reimburse resulting expenses which are the airline’s responsibility. Due to airline restrictions, should a group not reach a minimum of ten (10) passengers, the group might be cancelled or the price change.

Genesis Tours acts only as an agent for tour participants in arranging accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants. Genesis Tours reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary (as may be necessary due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond its control) and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or other incidents resulting from a change of schedules. Genesis Tours is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, injuries or unforeseen expenses incurred by passengers.
While we have not experienced difficulties throughout the past 24 years with our service providers, we assume no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. Passenger agrees to hold Genesis Tours / Salem Media Group harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes, labor unrest or any Act of God or other acts of any other third party. Florida law will be applicable to any dispute which arises out of/or concerns this tour.
