Arrival at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv- Reception, assistance and transfers to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

CESAREA

Thursday, AUG 31 – TEL AVIV – JOPPE – CAESAREA BY THE SEA – MOUNT CARMEL – TEL MEGIDDO – TIBERIAS

Breakfast Buffet. Depart for a brief panoramic visit to the city of Tel Aviv-Yafo, the ancient Joppa, place of Peter’s vision of the sheet with all unclean animals (Acts 10: 9-48) in the house of Simeon, the tanner. We continue to Caesarea by the Sea, where Paul was arrested and sent to Rome (Acts 25 and 26). We will visit the Roman theater, the hippodrome and the aqueduct. We will continue to visit Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronts the prophets of Baal (1 Kings 18: 20-40). Friday, SEP 1 – TIBERIAS – YARDENIT – TEL DAN – CAESAREA PHILIPPI (BANIAS) – GOLAN HEIGHTS (MOUNT BEN TAL)

Breakfast Buffet. Departure to Yardenit baptismal site on the Jordan River – possibility of baptismal renewal. Then we will go for a walk through the vegetation of the region to the archaeological site of Tel Dan, a city from the time of King Solomon where there are still some arches of biblical times and also the famous “Abraham’s Gate” dated 1750 BC, at the time of the Canaanites. Then we will continue to Caesarea-Philippi (Banias), near one of the springs that form the Jordan River, we will visit the ruins of this ancient city, where Jesus made a statement to Simon Peter “On this rock I will build my church” (Matthew 16:18). Then we will ascend to the Golan Heights where we will visit the Mount Ben Tal, and from this point we will see some villages on the Syrian side, including the city of Kuneitra. Saturday, SEP 2 – TIBERIAS – CAPERNAUM – MAGDALA – NAZARETH

Breakfast Buffet. Early departure from our hotel to visit the archaeological site of Magdala (city of Mary Magdalene), opened in May 2014, and has the ruins of a synagogue of the first century, we will continue to the Mount of the Beatitudes, site of the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7). We continue to Tabgha, the place of the multiplication of loaves and fish, and to Capernaum, where we will visit the house of Peter and the ruins of a synagogue of the fourth century. Visit to the Yigal Alon Museum in the Kibbutz Ginossar, where we will see a boat from the time of Jesus, that was found in the Sea of ​​Galilee. Then we will take a boat trip on the Sea of ​​Galilee. BEIT SHEAN

Sunday, SEP 3 – TIBERIAS – BEIT SHE’AN – GIDEON’S SPRING – JERICHO – JERUSALEM

Breakfast Buffet. We will depart through the Jordan Valley to Beit She’an, to visit the archaeological excavations of this city, the capital of Decapolis (Schythopolis). Then we will visit Gideon’s Spring where the test of the army of Gideon was made (Judges 7: 1-8). We will continue to the Jordan Valley to Jericho, one of the oldest cities in the world, we will visit the Tel Jericho (Tell es-Sultan), an archeological site in Jericho, seeing the Neolithic Tower (7000 to 8000 BC) and more… We will continue crossing the Judean Desert towards Jerusalem. A Biblical ceremony will take place at the entrance of Jerusalem on Mount Scopus. Dinner and Accommodation at the hotel in Jerusalem.

Monday, SEP 4 – JERUSALEM

Buffet breakfast. We will visit the archaeological park of the Davidson Center with the steps and the wall of the Temple of Jerusalem – Continuing to the Western Wall, Temple Mount with the Al-Aqsa mosque, after we will visit the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu. Then we will go to the Mount of Olives to appreciate a magnificent view of the city of Jerusalem. On the Mount of Olives Jesus gave us the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20). We will go down on the path of Palm Sunday (Matthew 21: 1-11) and pass through the place where Jesus wept (Dominus Flevit) when he saw Jerusalem (Luke 19: 41-44) and made a prophecy – “There shall not one stone remain on another” (Mark 13: 1-2). We continue through the Garden of Gethsemane, place of the Agony of Jesus (Luke 22: 39-53). Tuesday, SEP 5 – JERUSALEM – DEAD SEA – MASADA – QUMRAN – EIN GEDI

We will head towards the Judean Desert, go up to the Masada Fortress, site of the last battle of the Zealots against the Romans – visit the Herod’s Palace, the Roman Baths, etc … We will visit the lowest place in the world – the Dead Sea: 1312 feet below sea ​​level. Free time to bathe in the Dead Sea and enjoy its wonderful medicinal waters. DEPOSIT

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit of $ 250.00.

PAYMENT

All prices reflect a 4% discount for full payment via check.
A full deposit of $ 250.00 per person is required upon registration.
Within 150 days prior to trip, we need to receive a total of 50% of the amount owed.
Within 120 days prior to trip, we need to receive a total of 60% of the amount owed.
Within 90 days prior to trip, we need to receive a total of 75% of the amount owed.
Final payment for trip is due 45 days prior to departure.

CHANGES

Changes made 45 days or less prior to departure will depend on availability on the airlines and the cruise line and might incur penalties and fees imposed by those suppliers.

CANCELLATION FEES

100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Insurance, provided premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable.

Those who do not take the Travel Insurance should be aware of the following cancellation penalties:

From day of registration to 100 days prior to departure, you will be charged the $ 150.00 non-refundable administrative fee.

If you cancel between 99 to 61 days prior to departure date, you will be charged a 25% of total trip cost.

If you cancel between 60 to 31 days prior to departure date, you will be charged a 50% of total of trip cost.

If you cancel 30 days or less prior to departure date: 100% of total of trip cost.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

We recommend that you buy trip cancellation and interruption insurance. TravelSafe offers these services.

US CITIZENSHIP

All international travels require a current passport and most countries require your passport to be valid for 6 months after your return date. Non USA or Canadian Citizens are responsible to fulfill necessary visa or entry requirements by contacting the destination country’s Consulate office.

ITINERARY

COMMUNICATION

All correspondence from our office, including tour information, billing statements, and ticketing are carried out through email and will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form.

AIR TRANSPORTATION

Genesis Tours will arrange for the best-priced airfare available at the time of booking. Passengers wishing to cancel or change their air reservation after the refundable period will be subject to additional fees. Airlines servicing our tours are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Genesis Tours is not responsible for unforeseen flight delays or schedule changes imposed by the airlines. Flight schedules may be subject to change by the airlines, and it is the airlines’ responsibility to cover all ensuing expenses.

AIRLINE ROUTE AND TICKETS

Air transportation will be economy class aboard international carriers using non-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groups of 10 or more flying together for the entire itinerary. Flight times are subject to change by the airlines. We are not responsible for such changes / delays and will not reimburse resulting expenses which are the airline’s responsibility. Due to airline restrictions, should a group not reach a minimum of ten (10) passengers, the group might be cancelled or the price change.

These tours are operated by Genesis Tours North America, Longwood, Florida. Genesis Tours acts only as an agent for tour participants in arranging accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants. Genesis Tours reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary (as may be necessary due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond its control) and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or other incidents resulting from a change of schedules. Genesis Tours is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, injuries or unforeseen expenses incurred by passengers.

LIABILITY

While we have not experienced difficulties throughout the past 24 years with our service providers, we assume no liability for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by reason of any negligent or willful act or omission of any suppliers of service. Passenger agrees to hold Genesis Tours / Salem Media Group harmless for any defect in any vehicle, plane, boat, bus, car, van or other vehicle, act of war or insurrection, terrorist activity, revolt or other civil uprising, military action, strikes, labor unrest or any Act of God or other acts of any other third party. Florida law will be applicable to any dispute which arises out of/or concerns this tour.
